Groundworker Apprenticeship

Summary

Working under the direction and guidance of our experienced site teams, you will be trained to carry out a range of construction skills including all aspects of groundworks including drainage and ducting installation plus brickwork, concreting and other civil engineering activities.

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you’ll do at work

We expect the Apprentice Groundworker to be self-motivated and also be flexible to manage both their working and study time as required.

You will be trained to carry out a range of construction skills including:

  • All aspects of groundworks
  • Drainage
  • Ducting installation plus brickwork
  • Cncreting and other civil engineering activities
