Morning-Focused, Flexible Hours to Suit Your Lifestyle
We offer anything from 5 – 25 hours per week with flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends to help maintain consistent, high-quality care for our clients.
We cover Dacorum including:
Hemel Hempstead, Tring, Berkhamsted, Chesham, Kings Langley, Chorleywood, Bovingdon, and Princes Risborough.

🌼 Your Role as a Care Assistant
You will help clients start their day positively while supporting their independence and wellbeing. Responsibilities include:
• Supporting morning routines such as grooming, dressing, and personal care
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Encouraging hobbies and meaningful activities
• Supporting mobility and safe movement around the home
• Preparing meals, medication reminders, and daily living support
• Light housekeeping – tidying, laundry, bed making, cleaning, and household help
• Running essential errands such as shopping and prescription collection
