Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to work alongside teachers in supporting learners across all aspects of teaching and learning. You will play a key role in enhancing the quality of the learning experience and helping students reach their full potential within a positive and inclusive environment.

The role involves working with learners who have individual needs, providing tailored support on a one-to-one basis, within the classroom, or in small groups. Learning Support Assistants may bring particular strengths or specialisms, such as literacy, numeracy, or supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).

Bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply, as you may support learners whose first language is not English, helping them to fully access learning and thrive in their education.
