You’ll inspire high-performing lettings teams, drive business growth, and ensure compliance at the highest level — all within a company that values career development, progression, and real impact.

Benefits of being an Area Direcctor at haart Estate Agents in North London:

  • Complete on-target earnings of £120,000+
  • £40,000 to £60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
  • £3,500 for your first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline
