Job Description:
As the Automotive Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our showroom by overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. You will be responsible for supporting sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and upholding our brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Leadership:
- Provide coaching and support to motivate and maximize the team’s potential.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the showroom.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Foster positive customer relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of available vehicles.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure proper vehicle display and pricing.
- Oversee vehicle merchandising and presentation in the showroom.
- Compliance and Administration:
- Ensure compliance with all automotive industry regulations and dealership policies.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contracts, financing, and warranties.
