Technical Support Engineer – Air Conditioning

Area to be covered: National (Overnight stays may be required)

Based: Hemel Hempstead

Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 + Bonus

The role of the Technical Support Engineer – Air Conditioning will involve:

  • Technical Engineer position dealing with the installation, servicing and maintenance of bespoke design and distribution of air conditioning products
  • Carry out site visits and provide production of detailed reports and solutions for support requests
  • Laisse with main suppliers, attend training courses and keep up-to date with application & operation of their products
  • Offer front line technical support to internal staff, contractors, installers and consultants
  • Production of manual page updates and technical bulletins when required
  • Organisation and supervision of product manufacture for in-house and external testing
